I needed to drop off my vehicle a day earlier for my scheduled service due to a scheduling conflict. The service department worked with me and got me in. The loaner vehicle was such a plus since my family really cannot afford to be down a vehicle. Everone was polite and helpful. Justin was friendly and easy to talk with. Two great experiences with Tucson Subaru in less than one week! The one and only suggestion I can make is to designate lanes and stopping/drop off/parking areas in the covered portion of the service drive. There was one point that a single vehicle was sitting unoccupied in the center of the drive facing east (waiting for its owner to come out) and my vehicle was parked facing west along the north curb of the drive. This caused several vehicles to have to drive on both side of the other vehicle which jammed up the drive a bit. It might be easier to have out going vehicles along the south curb and incoming vehicles along the north curb thus opening up the center for traffic to travel freely.

I had an appointment with Rudy on a Friday that I couldnt make. I called Rudy and let him know. He was very understanding and worked with me. I told him I would be in on Saturday but wasnt sure what time I would be in. I came in right after sales opened. I asked for Rudy at the front desk. Pam called him to let him know I was there to meet him and I went out to look at some of the cars on the lot. Rudy came out and met me. He was very interested in what I was looking for. I told him that I was interested in the Forrester and the Outback. He showed me each vehicle and explained the differences and similarities. He also took the time to pop the hood and explain the boxer engine. We drove both vehicles and I decided on the Outback. I was trading in another vehicle and Rudy was awesome at helping me get a great deal on my trade. Once the deal was made I was introduced to Traci who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the extra coverages that are normally offeredby every dealer. She didnt try to shove anything down my throat or make me feel pressured in any way to buy any of the extras. She took the time to answer all of my questions and knew the answer to all of my questions. Overall my experience and expectations were exceeded by everyone I had contact with during my time at the dealership. I would and will recommend Tucson Subaru to all of my friends and family!

I have purchased many cars, most recently a high priced brand but here the service was among the best I have ever received. Curt, asked what I would be interested in and he immediately took us to see a car. He opened the hood! Wow, no one had ever done this before. after some comments on the engine he got to one of my major concerns: safety. He said, unlike most cars this engine when impacted goes UNDER the car, not into the drivers chest. Later he showed some pictures illustrating this. We took a short ride and found it a love to drive, great turn ratio, quiet on rough roads.(many of those here) and the ease of it all. I took a day to reflect, came back and looked again, picked a car and within two hours had a deal and a new car to drive home. Louie Ascencio made the paper work flow smoothly and I was on my way. I have already recommended this car twice before I have driven it 200 miles.

My husband and I started shopping for a second car and decided to take a look at Tucson Subarus pre-owned inventory. After driving around and window shopping the pre-owned lot, we noticed that Subaru had an impressive wide variety of make and models. We parked and were greeted by one of their salesman, Joe McNeill. He was exceedingly helpful and friendly, unlike the expected pushy high pressure salesperson. With Joe it felt like we were comfortably looking and test driving cars with a friend. In less than 30 minutes we found what looked to be the perfect second car for us (2013 Honda Civic Si). We explained to Joe that we would like to take lunch and possibly view a couple other dealerships before making a decision. He was more than helpful and printed us the Carfax and the cars out-the-door sale price without any hassle. We compared this vehicle to other dealerships in Tucson, including Chapman Honda themselves, who could not beat the deal that Joe gave us from Tucson Subaru. After shopping and comparing around Tucson, we knew the best deal was at Subaru so we went back and informed Joe that we would like to buy the car. Less than a couple hours later, we were driving away in our new, dependable, sporty and best priced Honda Civic Si in all of Tucson. I was impressed by Subarus reliability reputation to replace the 15 year old van that I had driven since my kids were in high school and in which they had learned to drive. The Forester suited my needs. I had done research online about pricing. I test drove a couple of models at the dealership and the salesperson focused on the basic car. My wife actually pressured me to get the Eye Sight and radio and navigation upgrades. So Ithe leather, sunroof and more....I figure the $1500 that I got for the 15 year old van covered some that. The online price was accepted the paper work was done in about 30 minutes. They let me drive the new Forester home to get my checkbook to buy it. We have had a 2004 Outback for several years, but in the heat of Southern Arizona, decided it was time for a change. Previously, having leased three BMW 540s and an M5, I had a wandering eye. I had an appointment lined up at BMW after Subaru (never made it there). But the Outback had been great, so I wanted to check out the deals on end of season Outbacks. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the Forester had been favorably remodeled and has superb off-road capabilities so we can take it out on the rough roads to get to great mountain biking trails! And that the XT was made for that! And that it had a turbo engine that reminded me of the BMWs!!! Done deal. Ask for Curt!

Curt and Louie made buying our new Subaru a very smooth and hassle-free experience (we traded our well-worn 1998 Forester for a 2011 model in excellent condition). The dealership itself is a great facility - it has a buzz that is relaxed yet businesslike. Time slips by in great comfort as the various personnel behind the scenes make sure you drive off the lot a happy customer. Curt is a really good people person - he understands that customers sometimes need a quiet moment to discuss aspects of the sale, and will discreetlyoff to talk to a colleague and leave you in the privacy of his office, which is a very nice touch. Curt has a service background and is obviously a Subaru nut, which is great - his knowledge of the cars is encyclopedic, and he is rightly proud of the engineering quality and sustainability philosophy of the Subaru company, which is important to many Subaru drivers. The car prices are competitive with other Tucson dealerships - I had hoped the dealership might come down a bit on the sticker price, but they didnt really budge beyond a small online discount. That said, Im aware that used car profit margins are pretty thin, and although they didnt move much on price, they did add a full roof-rack and a tow hitch for free, and the financing terms were better than we could get from our credit union. All in all, it was a five-star experience in every way. Very highly recommended.

I stopped at Tucson Subaru on 8/9/14 and requested service. I explained that I was traveling with 2 kids from LA to Santa Fe and my Subaru 2013 Crosstrek has a history of burning oil quickly. I requested that Tucson Subaru verify that oil, all fluid levels, and tire pressure were adequate so that I could safely cross the dessert. Oil was not added although my receipt indicated that "all fluids were topped off" and car passed the 24 pt inspection. My low oil level light came on 63 miles from Tucson. Thanks to the kindness of strangers at 6am in Benson, I was able to obtain oil and make it back to Tucson but had to cancel our vacation.

I brought my 2012 outback in to determine why some of the dashboard lights came on. I determined to come back for service on the next day because I had too much inside the car that hindered access to the electrical panel of the car. After leaving the dealership, and making it 2 blocks down the road, the car stopped completely. When I called Justin Smith, the service gentleman I usually depend on; he hurriedly brought me a loaner car as I made arrangements to have the car towed back to Tucson Subaru. The handling of this incident is special to me in that it was 102 degrees and Justin acted quickly showing he cared for my unique needs. He deserves a commendation and your business.

Went shopping for a late model small SUV. Personal research had dialed in 3 brands/models, with Forester rising to the top of our list for a variety of reasons. Trent Nichols spent a generous amount of time with us and was very open and thorough with our questions and at explaining different years and options the available used vehicles came equipped with. In the end the new 2015 Forester premium package felt like the best fit for our purposes. The ride is very nimble, with good acceleration. Comfortable seats, great 360 degree visibility, and a generous moon roof. Getting in and out of this car is effortless, well designed ergonomics with plenty of elbow room inside. Electronics and displays easy to access/work. Ample cargo space. Increased fuel efficiency is as advertised, and helped us opt for the 2015 model. This car is a joy to drive. No regrets and worth every penny. Still havent discovered anything I dont like about it. Trent has continued to be attentive with several courteous follow up calls. At the onset I went into the purchase process with the normal trepidation about buying a car. I found Trent though the Costco auto program and he proved to be a very congenial, knowledgeable Subaru representative. Never felt any persuasion or steering during our car selection process. I had been looking for a new car to pull my small trailer for months - and it ahd to fit my two dogs. I looked at cargo vans, suvs, anything that said it would pull a trailer. One day i looked up Subaru and found that the outback was rated at near 2000 pounds - perfect - but too costly. For months i didnt even look at the webpage because I knew they were too much money. On friday I finally looked up the webpage and found several cars that i liked - and Rudy Burneo. Rudy I talked on the phone and I impressed with his knowledge of the product and the fact that he actually listened to what i needed. Saturday my wife and I went to the dealership - not to buy because we didnt even take the trade in car. Same Week ... no hot water ... I need hearing aids?! (ugh!) ... and beloved 2006 Nissan Pathfinder died! So the last thing I wanted to do was spar with a car dealer over a new car! I never considered a Subaru, but Ive bumped into so many people that LOVE them, it was a stop I needed to make ... especially after watching their bright and shiny new dealershipup on Oracle Rd. The first guy that approached me was Steve Willis with a name tag that said ... Ann Arbor, Michigan ... the home of my alma mater! Blue! Whats not to like? Theres more: He started saying things very "non car salesman" like. Things not usually heard in a car dealership. Blatantly honest things ... imagine that? Steve is the opposite of high pressure and he just kept at it until I had all my questions answered. I heard "I dont know" several times ... and then hed disappear only to return shortly with the answer I wanted. I actually had fun buying a car! It turned out ... with absolutely no coordination ... that a close friend also bought a Subaru the night before I bought mine ... he said, "My sales guy ... Bob Wilson ... was great! ... you got deal with him! ... well, I wasnt about to give up on Steve, so I met Bob ... liked him ... and kept on with Steve, because he is just the type of guy I want to work with when shopping for a new car. The typical meeting with the New Car Sales Manager wasnt typical. I received one cost quote for my new Outback ... it was better than I thought it would be ... better than my friends deal ... and thats what I paid. I enjoyed getting to know both John (the GSM) and Steve and have received calls, since my purchase, from the both of them as well as another Sales Manager I met, whose name I cant remember. All in all, a very good experience. And, I am very happy with our new Outback ... and the 0% interest for 63 months. (Tim Hanson handled our paperwork and financing and was very helpful (he helped my friend too!)

We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car, and although the original person we were dealing with had a returning client they had toand help out, someone else was immediately provided to work with us. We werent overly pressured to buy a car and any information we needed, we were given. Ken Murch was absolutely fantastic to deal with because he was very informative without pressuring. Tim Hanson in finances was equally as fantastic to deal with, going with a very family friendly approach and answering all questions we had honestly. I feel that both of them worked very hard to give us the absolute best deal possible and it is somewhere I would recommend to family and friends, and definitely somewhere I would return to. I pulled into the service drive on a Monday @ 5PM with no appointment, and was greeted by Justin. When he heard that I was having an intermittent transmission issue, he didnt hesitate to jump in my car for a test drive. I ended up leaving in a loaner, and returning the next day after work. I was asked to drive with the technician this time, and I had a great conversation with Christian while driving around Tucson for probably 30 minutes. Ive had mechanics in my family, and I know they do not get paid to talk to customers. For this reason, I already felt bad for taking so much of his time, and I apologized to him for it. Even so, he invited me into the shop, so that he could explain the noises that I was hearing on a torn down transmission. So, while I left without a real resolution to my issue, I am very satisfied that they promptly addressed my issue, documented it for future warranty claims, and not once did they make me feel like they had better things to do. This is how customer service should be, and I hope Christian is at least recognized, if not also compensated, for the time he spent with me.

I was shopping for a new WRX and looking to trade in another vehicle. I live in rural New Mexico and often shop the surrounding states when buying a car. While we were car shopping we decided to take a look at Subaru Automotive online. After comparing the reviews between several makes and model we narrowed our choice down to two cars. The Subaru Crosstrek and a Mazda CX-5. After looking at another local dealer for the Mazda and seeing that their prices were much more to pay for the equivalent of the Subaru, we decided to take a look at Tucson Subaru. Keven was very knowledgeable to the safety and features offered by Subaru and its competitors for instant comparisons between makes and models. He also took the time to show the different styles from Impreza to Crosstrek to Forester. He gave us a simple break down of the pricing as far as extras, dealer fees and the bottom line. The nicest thing about it is that the bottom line is the closest I have ever seen to the manufactures MSRP. That also included popular packages installed! So for a new 14 Crosstreck before taxes with a package installed we were looking right at 24,990. After taxes and registration it was still a little bit higher than we initially expected. Kevin then showed us a Certified Crosstrek that we were able to get in at our price range and with an extended warranty, and it was still a 14. Thanks to Traci in finance we were also able to get a lower rate than our current bank by going through Subaru for the auto loan. This along with Kevins help allowed us to save a lot of money while being able to get one of the nicest cars we have ever owned. Thank you again

My first experience with Tucson Subaru was a pleasant one so when I was shopping for a second car I went to Trent at Tucson Subaru. He was straight forward the first time I bought a car at Tucson Subaru and I knew he would be the same way when I needed an upgrade. We talked about my price range, my trade in and he listened to me. I mean really listened. He told me what he was going to do i.e. look at my trade, he then made a list of vehicles in my price range. I was interested in one of the Subarus he had in stock but it was not available for me at the time and would be available later. Since I wanted a car now we went over the list. I expressed my interest in one car and that is what I was shown. From then on he went to work to get me a deal I could live with. I was not disappointed because I felt he was truly trying to help me. My definition of a good salesman is one who listens to you and tries to help you get what you want and need. He doesnt waste your time by getting your hopes up, or try to sell you what you really didnt want and hes straight forward. Aside from being a good salesman Trent is a good person and he looks out for you. He is a sincere person and makes you feel like you are number one. Sounds cheesy but its true.

After the purchase the sales person provided me with excellent service introducing me to the cars functioning system. In addition he asked me to come back a week or so later and he wouldover introductory information and answer any questions I may have. He set up my Bluetooth and assured me that he would be more than willing to take any calls I may have in the future regarding the car. I would highly recommend him. I was also impressed with the finance department. The finance officer clearly informed me of all the possible warrantee options.

Ten years ago, I stopped into the Subaru dealership looking to buy a Forrester. The salesmen were uninterested in helping me and basically told me the best offer they could give me was the sticker price, in spite of not having what I really wanted. I left there, and went straight to a different dealership, purchasing a car that night. I vowed not toto another Subaru dealership, until this weekend when my mother asked to me to look at an Outback for her. I expressed my concerns from my past experience, but she insisted. My parents met Kevin W. and told him I would be speaking with him the next day to show me the vehicles they were thinking of purchasing. Kevin W. was so calm and not pushy at all. He let the vehicles speak for themselves, and he told me of the deals on the Outback after showing me what my mother liked. I really felt he was interested in our needs and tried his best to help us. I told him I would return either later that evening, or Monday with my parents. In what I felt was a last ditch effort, I brought my parents back at 7:45pm just to get an estimate on our trade in. Kevin G help us from this point, and again was not pushy and was interested in our needs. He explained everything to us as far as the breakdown of pricing and the amount on our vehicle trade in. After the purchase we met with Tim at almost 10:30pm. His energy certainly made those last 15 minutesby fast. He was so helpful and straight forward with our options, and always asked if we had any questions for him...indicating a good sign that he wants us to understand whats going on. This by far was the most pleasant experience Ive had buying a car (I technically didnt buy the car, but I helped my parents). They have certainly earned my business, and my loyalty, next time I buy a car!

I live in Chandler but made the trip down to Tuscon Subaru to finalize my purchase (2015 base-model Forester) after negotiating pricing online with various dealers. Tuscon Subaru gave me a good enough price up front that the trip was worthwhile. While other dealers claimed that they would beat or match any competitor price, they kept coming back with higher offers even after I quoted Tuscons offer. Curt was easy to deal with and answered my questions fairly promptly. I liked that their 1st quote was still the most competitive price after haggling with other dealers. Once we got there, they were as friendly as one might expect (but who wouldnt be when weve already committed to buy?). I would say beware of last-minute optional add-on offers at signing (I assume all dealers do this, but it was kind of annoying). We declined them all since they seemed like profit padding and we had no way to price check or compare on the spot. Since all the negotiating was done online (and we did a test drive at another dealer) the process went relatively quick.

The only reason I gave Customer Service and Friendliness both 4s is because we were not immediately approached upon arriving at the dealership, nor were we approached as we browsed the lot to look at the different models. It was not until another salesperson was exiting that we saw someone, and he ran in to get someone else and was a bit rude about it. The second guy said he had an appointment, and no one else seemed to be approaching us, which was a bit frustrating until Steve Willis came along. Steve was empathetic about our initial frustration, then listened to what I was looking for. When the Forester I was initially interested in (from researching the inventory website) turned out not to be in-stock, he explained that it was a special order and that most standard Foresters are specially-ordered and sell upon arrival. He offered to help me put in an order or see if he could get me a deal on the 6-speed manual Forester premium I had test-driven earlier. Because of his and the finance teams work, I ended up leaving the lot with a brand new car that was beyond my expectations-and I couldnt be happier! While the new facility is very nice, I dont think its quite a people-friendly as the old one; however, I would recommend Steve Willis to anyone looking at a new Subaru. He (and the finance guy, whose name I cant remember) was VERY informative about each of the Subaru products, and he listened in such a way that he was able to help me see what options I had.

I went to this dealership first, because I was specifically looking for a late model used Subaru Impreza. Steve Willis greeted me in the lot in a friendly laid back manner that didnt make me feel that I was about to be subject to any high pressured sales pitch. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. After showing us four or five vehicles that met our criteria, he offered to let us take it for a test drive but as we were walking into the dealership to get the key ,my wife and I changed our minds. We explained to Steve that this had been the only dealership that we had visited and felt that, before we proceeded any further, we owed it to ourselves to look at what another dealership might have. Steve took, what I imagine was disappointing news, in a calm manner, not trying to pressure us to remain on the lot, and not making it an uncomfortable situation. A short time later we returned, feeling more comfortable about proceeding with a purchase. After going out for a test drive, Steve was very helpful, in helping us decide between the choices available. He brought the two vehicles that we had narrowed it down to, up to the front of the dealership so we could examine both cars side by side. After we made our choice, requested some reduction in the price of the car and this too was handled by Steve in a warm comfortable manner, with no drama. We left the dealership with our "new" car in about two hours. All the necessary paperwork was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I look forward to having an ongoing pleasant relationship with Tucson Subaru, since I know I will be using them to service my car.

I recently purchased a new WRX, but my intent was just to get my old Subaru serviced. While waiting for my car, CJ Nichols approached my husband and I about any possible questions we had a friendly conversation about Subarus. I found the car of my dreams at Tucson Subaru, but unfortunately I live in Prescott, Az. I found my car on their website and set up an appointment with Trent to come down and see it. 200 miles in a 4 hour drive just to come check it out. When I got there, I was greeted with a smile. I showed up about an hour early for my appointment just so I could walk around and check the place out. They had a great selection of cars, but I was drawn to the one I came down for. Trent showed up half an hour early and made time to see me. We promptly got in the car and went for a test drive(something the Subaru dealer up here wouldnt let me do). I was immediately in love with it. When we got back, we went to his office and started on the paper work. He was very straightforward with everything, no add-ons except for the window tint, and that was still at a much lower price than any other dealership I have been to. The pricing on the car was under invoice so I couldnt have been happier. I then met with Traci do the financing paperwork. She was great. Gave me a breakdown and options for warranty, security system upgrade, and the other options they had. The whole car buying process only took about an hour and a half after the test drive. Fastest experience of my life and couldnt be more happy. Before I left, we did a final walk around on the car to double check for any damages or anything wrong with the car. Trent was as good a car salesman (for us) as we could wish: got right down to business, not a huge waste of time trying to "pal up" with us, although he was most polite and kind, and we did learn something about his life. While driving from Sacramento to Tucson and stopping in Sedona, we discovered that the moonroof on our 2011 Subaru Outback would not close. We read the manual and removed the cover to the moonroof control to access the manual override. We followed the instructions but were unable to close the moonroof manually. When we arrived in Tucson, we took the car to the local Subaru dealership. The mechanic estimated the work to dismantle the moonroof and replace possibly broken parts at approx. $1500. When I told the service advisor, Wendy Angelini that we recently had $400 of work done on the moonroof in Sacramento, when it was disassembled to clean the drain holes, she went back and told the mechanic. When I went to Wendy to authorize the repair, she told me that the mechanic went back and tinkered with the moonroof and found that it was misaligned. He realigned the moonroof and it worked. This attention to detail saves us a lot of money.

I really expected to only start my search at Tucson Subaru, not end there as well. They had a fantastic selection of used cars on hand, many within my price range- this surprised me actually. I was greeted promptly by Steve, who is very friendly. I know a fair amount about cars, and I knew exactly how much I was willing to spend. Steve asked me questions about what type of car I was looking for and what I planned to use it for. He helped me narrow down my field of potential candidates to three. He asked me if I wanted to take the first for a spin, which is nice because I always feel weird asking if I can drive it. He was pleasant during the drive, making sure to answer any questions I had while not being annoying or intrusive. The first car was nice but I really had my eye on the Honda Fit sitting in the corner. It was a little out of my price range but I figured it was a suggestion anyway :) We took it out for a spin and I was sold. Back at the dealership we did the song and dance which happens at every dealership. He wasnt pushy at all, they use the standard "well let me take it over to my boss" tactic of selling which I like because then I feel less pressure from the salesman. He was very fair when I told him my final price, and he took it to his manager. Thankfully the manager accepted the offer and we got the ball rolling. I get low blood sugar and had to run and grab some lunch and Steve even offered me his sandwich he brought from home, how nice is that?! As we were waiting for the finance people, Steve showed me some of the Subarus in the show room (Im a car guy), and I was impressed by his knowledge of the entire fleet they had to offer. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru, and I whole-heartedly recommend seeing Steve Willis when you drop by.

I had no previous experience with Suburu, and I was wowed by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. Ive walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would give me a list price on a specific car. Curt was so easy to work with, and we found the car I bought within just a few minutes of my arrival. He explained all the terms to me clearly and took my deposit, with the understanding that Id return for the final paperwork and pick up the car after Id had money transferred into my checking account. The parts department is great to work with as well, and offers prices competitive with online dealers for OEM parts. Tucson Subaru recently moved, and their new build is beautiful and more conveniently located than before. Over all, excellent - far better than some of the competition in the area.

It was my first time buying a car and i was pretty nervous about it. But Trent was very friendly and made the process extremely easy. He provided me with the carfax and pretty much everything about the car. I was very impressed how dedicated he was to getting me a great deal. At first I though he was going to try and scam me or sell me things because i was a first time buyer. But it was the complete oppisite. I would highly recommend people to him and i love my 07 kia rio. :)

I went online to Tucson Subaru to look for a used Forester. I was contacted by Internet Sales Manager Trent Nichols to come take a test drive. Trent was not pushy and understood I needed to think about the purchase after my test drive. I went home to think about the car overnight and the next day I decided to purchase the car. I contacted Trent and he had the vehicle cleaned and ready for pick up when I got there. I will recommend the dealership and Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Both DJ, Curt, and Bob went out of their way to make my mom and I feel like were at home. They were not pushy in fact when I said we were leaving they excepted that and asked if we need anything else please call. I talked to my sister and after a couple days we just dropped by and both DJ, Curt, and Bob had time for us. We asked to drive another car. After that we left with information needed and went home and figured out which cars to purchase. We ended up buying to cars and even picking up the cars was an enjoyable experience.

I have been in the market for some time, and really only went to the dealership after hearing commercials on the radio about the new location. I must admit that it is a great looking dealership with a large selection. One of the reasons I have been "in the market" for a while now is because buying a car is such a headache, and when Ilook at cars I dont want to be pressured into buying something just so I can help a salesman make his quota. While searching the lot I had the pleasure of meeting Curt McHenry, who was very approachable, very knowledgeable and professional. Never once did I feel like Curt was trying to "sell" me something, rather there to answer questions and guide me in my search. I ended up finding a used car that fit was I looking for, and with Curts expertise I was confident that the car would be a great choice. Curt has a very personable demeanor, and not that greasy car salesman type, and seemed to like what he was doing very much. I never thought I would say this but he made the car buying experience very easy, and actually fun for once. to Tucson Subaru with confidence, and find Curt..who knew car buying didnt have to be like pulling teeth. Curt even followed up with a phone call a couple of days later just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, how is that for customer service!

We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car by CJ. We told him what we wanted to look at, and he immediately took us to the vehicles we had requested to see. We drove four different vehicles. He was very patient with us as we tried to make a decision between two vehicles. CJ was extremely personable. He and my 9 year-old daughter had great conversations in the back of each car that we drove. As my husband and I went in to sign the paperwork with Louie, CJ went and watch movies and played games with both of my daughters. We had several gentlemen come up to introduce themselves to us. Everyone we encountered in the dealership was extremely professional. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Im not sure I can really place into words how grateful I am for these people. CJ is an exceptional person to work with because 1) He really likes his job and believes in the company he works for 2) He is considerate and nonjudgmental towards the customers he works with & 3) Slows down even when juggling several customers to make sure your doing okay. My least favorite part is Finance however Tim made this experience very easy and comforting. He puts things in perspective and was very patient with questions. Overall - this is the dealership you want to work with hands down. They are working for you!

After searching around Craigslist for any decent deals on a used Subaru, I decided to stop by the main Subaru dealership in town. Curt was first to greet me at the door and kindly offered to answer any questions I may have. After chatting with him for some time, it was apparent that he was incredibly well versed and personally invested in the Subaru brand. He was able to ask the right questions and got me really excited about new line-ups of Imprezas and WRXs. First of all, Id like to start by saying that I have never enjoyed the process of buying a car. For me, it ranks somewhere just below going to the dentist. I have also been a loyal Toyota customer for over 10 years, so I wasnt likely to buy a Subaru. However, I have heard great things about the latest Subarus and begrudgingly went to the dealership. I ended up talking to Curt about the new Impreza. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the car and knew enough about the Toyota options I was looking at to convince me it was worth a test drive. If you havent already done so, you really need to take a look at this car. Dollar for dollar its one of the best deals youre going to find anywhere. I wasnt quite ready to make a decision so Curt gave me his card so that I could follow up later.
